African American Women in the Suffrage Movement with Dr. Ida Jones


Ida E. Jones, Ph.D. is the University Archivist at Morgan State University. She is a published author and book reviewer. Her research interests are African American biography, Christian/church denominational and organizational history. She is avid fan of documentary films and historical fiction. She is a consummate scholar who believes deeply in the words of Mrs. Mary McLeod Bethune who stated “power must walk hand in hand with humility and the intellect must have a soul.”
